This policy explains what information Kitty Solar LLC (“Quiet Kitty,” “we,” or “us”) collects through this website and our rental service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a quote or book, we collect your name, email, phone number, event date, delivery address, type of event, what you are powering, your preferred delivery time, and anything else you write to us.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Square. We do not collect your full card number on our website. Square handles card details under its own privacy policy.
- Equipment location. All of our equipment carries a location tracker. While equipment is with you, we receive its location, which may show where you are or where you take it.
- Delivery records. We record the condition of the equipment at delivery and pickup, usually with photos. These records may show your address or property.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit, we may receive your device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived. If you come from one of our ads, the link carries campaign details, such as UTM tags and click IDs, and our quote form saves them with your request so we can see which ad produced it.
- Cookies and similar tools. We may use analytics and advertising tools from providers such as Google and Meta, which may use cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare a quote, and confirm your booking.
- To deliver and pick up the equipment, take payment, and handle refunds and fees.
- To locate the equipment, confirm delivery and pickup times, and recover it if it is lost or stolen.
- To provide customer service and resolve questions about damage or loss.
- To keep our website working and to measure how our advertising performs.
- To meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business: Netlify (hosting and form processing), Square (payments), Geoapify (address suggestions: the text you type in the address field is sent to it to return suggestions), our email and phone providers, and analytics and advertising providers if we use them.
- Delivery contractors, who receive the name, phone number, delivery address, and event details they need to deliver and pick up your equipment.
- Professional advisors and insurers, when needed.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to help recover lost or stolen equipment.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Advertising and your choices
Advertising tools may collect information about your visits to show you our ads on other sites. You can limit this through your browser settings, your Google and Meta ad settings, or by contacting us. Your browser may also let you block or delete cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you, keep business, tax, and insurance records, and resolve disputes. After that we delete it or remove identifying details.

If you live in California, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity, and some information we must keep for legal reasons.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of storing or sending information is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
